I'm Michelle Sarti, an enthusiastic advocate for living your absolute best life with intention and purpose.

How did I get here? Well, it wasn’t exactly a straight path. I grew up the youngest of six kids, constantly surrounded by lively conversation, passionate opinions and big expectations to go into the world and work hard. I'm a former attorney who never loved practicing law. I spent ten years on and off studying Counseling Psychology. I have many wild stories about service on school and non-profit boards that challenged me with everything from bear attacks to criminal embezzlement. And of course, like any mom, I have the parenting war stories that come from raising three now almost-adult children. Throw in the existential crises of surviving breast cancer, the pandemic, and 18 days hiking on the John Muir Trail, and, well, I gained clarity about a few important themes in my life:

• Helping others is what I was meant to do

• We are all striving to feel useful and live a life of meaning

• Fear, combined with self limiting thoughts, perspectives and behaviors, is the death of dreams and moving forward
