We will partner together and dive into your values, perspectives and how you spend your time.  I will ask questions, lots of questions, and together we will clarify what matters most to you and design your life the way you want it to be.

What We Talk About:

The typical arc of a coaching relationship begins with exploring your values:  What lights you up?  What do you LOVE?  When was the last time you felt on top of the world and what were you doing?  

I will ask powerful questions designed to unearth what is really most important to you.  From there, we will dive into the topic of your choice.

  • What are you struggling with right now? 

  • What do you really need? 

  • What do you really want?  

Using the worlds leading coaching model, Co-Active Coaching, we will explore all the different voices in your head, the wisdom of your intuition, the power of your fear and the refreshment of new perspectives and attitudes.  

Sometimes, you may just need to vent about what is happening in your life, and that is perfectly fine.  Ultimately, we will transition from exploration to transformative action, and you will leave each coaching session with concrete steps to take in furtherance of your goals.  

If you wish, I will hold you accountable and you will update me at each session on your progress.  Together, in this way, we design and advance YOUR agenda for your life.

How I Work:

  • I specialize in 1:1 coaching sessions.  My commitment is to only YOU and your growth

  • A typical coaching session is either 30 or 60 minutes, weekly or every other week 

  • I work with clients on Zoom, over the phone or for in -person “Walk and Talk” coaching sessions

  • Typical coaching sessions are purchased in packs of 6 or 12 sessions

  • Who I coach and what we talk about is always confidential
